In order to do this, we had to maintain their fun vibe with large images and unconventional structure, while improving their UX/UI and setting up their site to grow as their product line expands. Included: Fix of broken links, confirm integrations were tracking properly and explore A/B testing.
We fixed the broken and leaned into their company culture.
The first step was to dig in and audit the site, do A/B testing, and confirm that performance and tracking was measuring accurately. The PDP's were reworked to categorize the products accurately making digital marketing and apps more successful. In the end, Behave was left with a fully functioning site that was ready for strategic growth.
